The Phoenix Children’s Foundation owns ten miniature Shetland ponies, which we use primarily as petting ponies for disabled, special needs and terminally ill children, adults with additional needs and the elderly.

Most of our miniature Shetland ponies have been donated to The Phoenix Children’s Foundation, many from the renowned Morjoy Stud.  We are extremely grateful for these donations and feel privileged to have been entrusted with these beautiful animals.

All of our ponies are available for adoption for as little as £5 a month. All the money raised from animal sponsorship is spent solely on the upkeep and care of the animals paying for items such as vets bills, wormers, feed and vaccinations.  Each sponsor receives a certificate of sponsorship, photograph of your animal and regular updates throughout the year.
