Corporate volunteering days at our facility in Packington enable your staff to see and contribute to our work first-hand – from mucking out and feeding our animals, to building a sensory garden. Your employees can develop their team building and communication skills, whilst having fun and making a real difference to our work and the children we help.

Read below our story on how Lloyds Banking Group ‘Day to Make a Difference’ made our Access Project happen. A massive thank you to Lloyds and Harlow Timber:

Our volunteers and the Lloyds team worked hard demolishing the old porta cabin.

We relied on the generosity of volunteers and local businesses.

Harlow’s Timber has been generous throughout, offering substantial discounts on materials and labor costs.

The new improved porta cabin will be watertight and accessible.

The new space will provide an area for children to eat their lunch, complete activities and have quiet time if needed.

Our volunteers have been working hard to encourage votes and to get the facilities in place.

Lloyds Managers from the Midlands branches used their ‘ Day to Make a Difference’ on the project!

The Managers worked hard painting, fixing and cleaning!

We had lots of fun along the way!

With a kind donation of £300 towards materials from Lloyds and a lot of hard work the project has come a long way in a short time!

We have now won the Lloyds Community Fund 2014 in the amount of £3,000!!!

We are now well underway with the installation of our fully accessible disabled toilet!
